Blue Spruce Farm is a premier equestrian training program located in Fairfield County and Wellington Florida. We are committed to providing a top-notch riding experience for all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors. Our two trainers from the east coast, have spent their careers working and coaching at top venues on the AA circuit in the United States, Canada, and Europe. They offer a vast experience from top-level hunters, jumpers, and equitation to the pony divisions. With this extensive background, they provide personalized instruction tailored to each rider.

Meet Our Trainers
WILL SIMONS
Will Simons is originally from the UK, and comes to us with over a decade of experience in the United States. Known for his expertise in developing young horses, Will has a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of how to bring out the best in every horse he works with.
Throughout his career, Will has assisted riders at the highest levels of the sport, being key to their success in both national and international competitions. His training philosophy focuses on building strong foundations, ensuring that horses are well-prepared for the demands of competitive equestrian sport.
Will’s approach is all about consistency, and understanding the unique needs of each horse and rider. His passion for horses and dedication to his craft shine through in every lesson he gives, making him a valued coach and mentor to riders looking to excel.
Now at Blue Spruce Farm, Will continues to share his knowledge and experience, helping to shape the next generation of top equestrians.
COLIN CAPORUSSO
Colin Caporusso is a trainer who has worked with a wide range of horses and riders. He started his professional career after earning a degree in Equine Science and Management from the University of Kentucky.

Colin has a strong background in training and competing across the East Coast, from ponies and equitation to A/O hunters and jumpers. He has coached at prestigious events like the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF), helping riders achieve their best in and outside the ring. His approach to training is all about understanding each horse and rider’s unique needs and creating a program that helps them succeed.
